耐磨钢板在煤炭采运时的磨损失效机理

煤炭采运过程中工况环境极其复杂,钢板在服役过程中面临着煤、矸石、环境介质(温度、湿度、腐蚀性气氛)及载荷应力等多因素磨损(或腐蚀)协同作用。且我国地域广阔,不同矿井工况条件差异很大:大部分情况下煤炭中的矸石含量较低,占比在10%左右,且主要在常温常湿条件下开采;而部分煤炭地质条件较差时,其矸石含量可达50%及以上,井下气温高达40℃,湿度90%以上,不同工况条件下采运用钢板的磨损机理和失效行为差异巨大。
