NM500耐磨板层面的表现形式

耐磨钢板是指专供大面积磨损工况条件下使用的特种板材产品。目前,常用的耐磨钢板是在韧性、塑性较好的普通 低碳钢或者低合金钢表面通过堆焊方法复合一定厚度的硬度较高、耐磨性优良的合金耐磨层而制成的板材产品。另外,还有铸造耐磨钢板和合金淬火耐磨钢板。国内市场常见的耐磨板牌号为NM360,NM400,NM450,NM500等。

At present, the commonly used wear-resistant steel plate is made of a certain thickness of alloy wear-resistant layer with high hardness and excellent wear resistance on the surface of ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity. In addition, there are cast wear-resistant steel plate and alloy quenched wear-resistant steel plate. The common wear-resistant plates in domestic market are NM360, nm400, nm450, nm500, etc.
耐磨钢板由低碳钢板和合金耐磨层两部分组成,合金耐磨层一般为总厚度的1/3~1/2。工作时由基体提供抵抗外力的强度、韧性和塑性等综合性能,由合金耐磨层提供满足指定工况需求的耐磨性能。

耐磨钢板合金耐磨层和基板之间是冶金结合。通过专用设备,采用自动焊接工艺,将高硬度自保护合金焊丝均匀地焊接在基板上,复合层数一层至两层以至多层,复合过程中由于合金收缩比不同,出现均匀横向裂纹,这是耐磨钢板的显著特点。
NM500耐磨板
The alloy wear-resistant layer of wear-resistant steel plate is metallurgically bonded with the substrate. Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protection alloy welding wire is evenly welded on the base plate, and the number of composite layers is one to two or even more. In the process of composite, due to the different alloy shrinkage ratio, uniform transverse cracks appear, which is a significant feature of wear-resistant steel plate.
合金耐磨层主要以铬合金为主,同时还添加锰、钼、铌、镍等其它合金成份,金相组织中碳化物呈纤维状分布,纤维方向与表面垂直。碳化物显微硬度可以达到HV1700-2000以上,表面硬度可达到HRC58-62。合金碳化物在高温下有很强的稳定性,保持较高的硬度,同时还具有很好的抗氧化性能,在500℃以内完全正常使用。

The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed in fibrous form, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The micro hardness of carbide can reach hv1700-2000 and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. The alloy carbide has strong stability at high temperature, high hardness and good oxidation resistance. It can be used normally within 500 ℃.
耐磨层表现形式有窄道(2.5-3.5mm)、宽道(8-12mm)、曲线(S、W)等;主要以铬合金为主,同时还添加锰、钼、铌、镍、硼等其它合金成份,金相组织中碳化物呈纤维状分布,纤维方向与表面垂直。碳化物含量40-60%,显微硬度可以达到HV1700以上,表面硬度可达到HRC58-62。
