我国耐磨钢主要的类别特点

我国耐磨钢大体分为高锰耐磨钢(Mn13)、中、低合金耐磨钢(NM360~600)、铬钼硅锰钢、双金属复合耐磨钢、耐气蚀钢、耐磨蚀钢和特殊耐磨钢等数种类别。其中Mn13钢种特点是,钢的初始硬度仅约HB180左右,但在受到强烈冲击或较大挤压载荷作用下,钢的表层会瞬时产生加工硬化,且随着这种硬化效果的快速积累,使钢板表面硬化能迅速升高至HB500级以上,而钢的基板仍始终保持奥氏体钢良好的抗冲击性能。

The characteristic of Mn13 steel is that the initial hardness of the steel is only about hb180, but under the action of strong impact or large extrusion load, the surface layer of the steel will produce work hardening instantaneously. With the rapid accumulation of this hardening effect, the surface hardening of the steel plate can rapidly rise to above hb500, while the base plate of the steel still maintains the good impact resistance of austenitic steel.
显然,正是这种表面极易冷变形硬化而钢体又能承受强烈冲击的材质特点,决定了Mn13钢种尤其适合制作长时间经受强烈冲击物料磨损的耐磨构件。故长期以来被广泛应用于矿山、煤炭、水泥、冶金、建材、铁路、电力等行业的机械设备中(抛丸机、球磨机、粉碎机、刮板输送机、挖掘机、装载机、推土机、搅拌机、堆料机、给料机和铁矿烧结机等)。可以说,Mn13是我国当前各类耐磨钢中用途最广、用量最大的钢种(年消费需求150~200万t)。

It can be said that Mn13 is the most widely used and the largest consumption steel among all kinds of wear-resistant steel in China (annual consumption demand is 1.5-2 million tons).
Mn13钢种主要分Mn13铸件和Mn13轧制钢板两种产品类别。前者系传统产品,长期以来为我国所普遍使用,已形成ZGMn13-1/2~5等5个牌号的产品国标(GB/T5680-1998)。后者尚无国标,只有企标(太钢:Q/TX046-2009),目前仅太钢、宝钢等极少数国内厂家具备批量产供条件,应该说尚处于推广发展阶段.

Mn13耐磨板可按转炉→连铸→轧制→热处理(宝钢)或电炉→模铸→开坯→轧制→热处理(太钢)两种工艺路线组织生产。目前,太钢国内市场产品竞争力明显高于宝钢。究其原因,主要是模铸工艺更适合高碳、高合金类钢种生产。例如:由于连铸坯浇铸时,钢水与空气的接触面较大,加之Mn13含碳量较高,故极易造成缩孔严重,而连铸过程又无法补浇钢水,以致在轧制过程中或热处理工序后钢板会产生分层或裂纹缺陷。而铸锭时,可通过补浇钢水使缩孔现象降至最低程度,从而避免轧制时产生分层等可能导致产品判废的质量问题。由此可见,尽管模铸工艺坯前成本相对较高,但由于轧制成材率和产品合格率得以保证,故成品实际入库成本反而低于连铸供坯生产方式。

At present, the product competitiveness of TISCO in domestic market is obviously higher than that of Baosteel. The main reason is that the die casting process is more suitable for the production of high carbon and high alloy steel. For example, due to the large contact surface between molten steel and air and the high carbon content of Mn13 during continuous casting, it is easy to cause serious shrinkage cavity, and the continuous casting process can not be re poured with molten steel, so that the steel plate will produce delamination or crack defects during rolling or after heat treatment. During ingot casting, the shrinkage can be minimized by pouring molten steel, so as to avoid delamination during rolling and other quality problems that may lead to product rejection. It can be seen that although the cost before casting is relatively high, the actual warehousing cost of finished products is lower than that of continuous casting because the rolling yield and product qualification rate are guaranteed.
