切割厚高耐磨耐高温碳化铬耐磨板使用方式

厚度大于50mm的厚高耐磨耐高温碳化铬耐磨板一般采用火焰切割,也叫氧气切割。其工艺大体如下:
The thick high wear-resistant and high temperature resistant chromium carbide wear-resistant plate with thickness greater than 50 mm generally adopts flame cutting, also known as oxygen cutting. The process is as follows
(1)根据切割高耐磨耐高温碳化铬耐磨板的厚度安装适当孔径的割嘴;
(1) According to the thickness of cutting high wear-resistant and high temperature resistant chromium carbide wear-resistant plate, the cutting nozzle with appropriate aperture is installed;
(2)将氧气和燃气压力调至规定值;
(2) Adjust the oxygen and gas pressure to the specified value;
(3)用切割点火器点燃预热焰,接着慢慢打开预热氧气阀,调节火焰白心长度,使火焰成中性焰,预热起割点;
(3) Use the cutting igniter to ignite the preheating flame, then slowly open the preheating oxygen valve, adjust the length of the white center of the flame, make the flame into a neutral flame, and preheat the starting point;
(4)在切割起点上只用预热焰加热,割嘴垂直于高耐磨耐高温碳化铬耐磨板表面,火焰白心尖端距高耐磨耐高温碳化铬耐磨板表面1.5~2.5mm;
(4) At the starting point of cutting, only preheating flame is used for heating, the cutting nozzle is perpendicular to the surface of high wear-resistant and high temperature resistant chromium carbide wear-resistant plate, and the distance between the tip of flame white center and the surface of high wear-resistant and high temperature resistant chromium carbide wear-resistant plate is 1.5-2.5mm;
(5)当起点达到燃烧温度(辉红色)时,打开切割氧气阀,瞬间就可进行切割;
(5) When the starting point reaches the combustion temperature (bright red), open the cutting oxygen valve, and the cutting can be carried out instantly;

(6)在确认已割至高耐磨耐高温碳化铬耐磨板下表面后,就沿着切割线以适当的速度移动割嘴继续往前切割;
(6) After confirming that it has cut to the lower surface of high wear-resistant and high temperature resistant chromium carbide wear-resistant plate, move the cutting nozzle at an appropriate speed along the cutting line and continue to cut forward;
(7)切割终了时,先关闭切割氧气阀,再关闭预热焰的氧气阀。
(7) At the end of cutting, close the cutting oxygen valve first, and then close the oxygen valve of preheating flame.
一、定尺切割
1、 Cut to length
定尺方式有碰球定尺和非在线定尺切割:
There are two kinds of cutting methods: Ball touching cutting and off-line cutting
(1)碰球定尺
(1) Hitting the ball to determine the length
(2)即切割机定尺脉冲信号由定尺碰球发出,但由于钢坯表面的氧化皮的导电率差,尽管碰到了碰球,但不一定接触良好,为防止误切,系统利用拉矫机速度信号进行积分运算来计算坯长,并与定尺信号进行比较,确保定尺信号的准确性。

(4)利用专门的非在线式高耐磨耐高温碳化铬耐磨板铸坯长度测量装置,根据热坯热辐射的原理,通过探头锁定铸坯在导轨内的区域,当铸坯进入区域并占满整个区域后发出定尺信号,然后再给出剪切命令。
(4) Based on the principle of heat radiation of hot slab, a special off-line length measuring device for high wear-resistant and high temperature resistant chromium carbide wear-resistant slab is used to lock the area of slab in the guide rail through the probe. When the slab enters the area and occupies the whole area, the fixed length signal is sent out, and then the cutting command is given.
