耐磨钢板折弯和卷圆加工应该注意什么?

1 钢材种类的选择:为了减少客户在折弯加工时发生不均匀,建议采用限定表面硬度上限、并在较窄范围提供保证的EVERHARD的C系列。板材的硬度越高,折弯加工越困难,越容易发生折弯裂纹,因此对于EVERHARD-C550和EVERHARD-C600不建议进行折弯加工。对EVERHARD的C系列以外的钢板进行折弯加工时,请提前与本公司商谈。
1 Selection of steel types: in order to reduce the non-uniformity of customers in bending process, it is recommended to adopt Everhard C series which limits the upper limit of surface hardness and provides guarantee in a narrow range. The higher the hardness of the plate is, the more difficult the bending process is, and the more prone to bending cracks. Therefore, bending is not recommended for everhard-c550 and everhard-c600. When bending steel plates other than C series of Everhard, please discuss with our company in advance.
2 折弯半径:板材的硬度越高,折弯加工越困难。请参考在下页推荐的最小折弯半径。

4 板材宽度:钢板宽度较宽时,与较窄时相比,即使折弯半径相同,有时也发生折弯裂纹。一般而言,板宽超过板厚的7~10倍以上时呈现这种影响。

6 表面形状:由于表面损伤及生锈可能成为发生折弯裂纹的起点,因此建议在折弯加工前采用研磨去除。如果折弯加工装置的加压模具或者承载模具上有损伤或凹凸,可能在EVERHARD钢板表面形成损伤或凹凸。在表面上产生的加压损伤或凹凸将导致变形集中而成为折弯裂纹的起点,因此建议在折弯加工的前一道工序采用研磨去除。

Therefore, it is suggested that grinding should be used in the previous process of bending.
7 环境温度:如果在环境温度低于0°C时进行折弯加工,建议预热到常温(20°C左右)的程度。:进行预热时,如果加热使温度超过200°C,EVERHARD的特性会发生变化,所以请通过实际测温等方法妥善控制,防止温度超过200°C。
