Mn13耐磨板焊接对环境有哪些要求?Mn13耐磨板具备耐热铸铁的坚韧、塑延、成形、焊割、浸蚀、高溫、疲惫等特性。耐老化为普碳钢的2~8倍,喷涂性为普碳钢的1.5~10倍,可减薄应用、外露应用或简单化喷涂应用。

Mn13耐磨板的碳当量较高,不锈钢板材的碳当量越高,淬硬倾向越大,焊接热危害区的冷裂倾向也越大,不锈钢板材的焊接性越差。导致焊接冷裂痕的关键要素有3个层面:1、钢的淬硬倾向;2、焊接拉应力;3、焊接接头的过氧化物量以及遍布。

The allowable low natural environment temperature of Mn13 wear-resistant plate during welding is below:
1、合金钢及一般高合金钢(A-Ⅰ类):-10℃
1. Alloy steel and general high alloy steel (Class A - Ⅰ): - 10 ℃
2、合金钢及一般高合金钢、热强钢及合金工具钢(A-Ⅱ、Ⅲ、B-Ⅰ类):0℃
2. Alloy steel and general high alloy steel, heat strength steel and alloy tool steel (a - Ⅱ, Ⅲ, B - Ⅰ): 0 ℃
3、热强钢及合金工具钢(B-Ⅱ、Ⅲ类):5℃
3. Hot strength steel and alloy tool steel (B - Ⅱ, Ⅲ): 5 ℃
当焊接自然环境出現下述任一种状况时,应采取措施防护措施,不然严禁焊接:
