40Cr与45钢板适应区别有哪些?

45钢板归属于GB699碳素钢,40Cr归属于GB3077合金工具钢。差别就取决于热处理工艺之后。Cr在热处理工艺中的关键功效是提升钢的淬透性。因为淬透性提升,淬火解决后40Cr的抗压强度、强度、断裂韧性等物理性能也显著比45钢高,但也是因为淬透性强,在淬火时40Cr的热应力也就比45钢大,一样的标准下40Cr原材料的产品工件裂开趋向也就比45钢原材料的产品工件大。因而为防止产品工件裂开,40Cr淬火时大多数采用传热性较低的油做为淬火物质,而45刚则用传热性较高的水做为淬火物质。

40cr厚钢板热处理后具备优良的综合性物理性能,优良的超低温断裂韧性和低的空缺敏感度。钢的淬透性优良,水淬时可淬透到ф28~60mm,油淬时可淬透到ф15~40mm。这类钢除热处理外还适合氰化和高频率淬火解决。加工性不错,当强度为hb174~229时,相对性钻削工艺性能为60%。该钢适合制做中小型注塑模具。

When the strength is HB 174-229, the relative drilling performance is 60%. The steel is suitable for medium and small injection mold.
45中碳热处理钢,抗压强度、延展性及淬透性均比45号钢高,热处理后可得到不错的综合性物理性能,钻削生产加工特性良好,但电焊焊接特性差,冷形变塑性变形低,有回火延性趋向,一般在热处理情况下应用,也可在淬火和回火或淬火情况下应用。
